How is my topsoil or gravel delivered?
We typically deliver our products in large 'bulk bags' using a crane-arm (hiab) vehicle. This allows us to place the bags on your driveway or over a small fence or wall, provided there is safe access for a large truck.
Do you offer next-day delivery on landscape supplies?
Yes, we offer a nationwide next-day delivery service on most of our stocked items if ordered before our daily cutoff time. Please check the delivery calculator at checkout for specific dates available in your area.
Is your topsoil screened and safe for gardens?
Absolutely. All Dandy's topsoil is screened to ensure it is stone-free and high-quality. We offer various blends, including organic-rich mixes, which are tested for safety and nutrient content to ensure your plants thrive.
Can I return unused bags of gravel or bark?
We accept returns on unopened bulk bags within 14 days of delivery. However, because these items are heavy and require specialist transport, return haulage fees will apply. Please contact our support team to arrange a collection.

How much topsoil or slate do I need for my project?
To calculate the volume needed, multiply the length x width x depth of your area. We recommend using our online 'Product Calculator' located on each product page to get an accurate estimate of how many bulk bags you should order.
