At Dandy's Topsoil & Landscape Supplies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your garden transformation. If you change your mind, you can return non-perishable goods in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Email our customer support team with your order number and details of the items you wish to return to initiate the process.

  Prepare for Collection

  Ensure bulk bags or pallets are securely sealed and placed in an accessible roadside location for our delivery vehicles to collect.

  Inspection and Processing

  Once the goods are returned to our depot, our team will inspect them to ensure they are in a resalable condition.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After approval, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method, minus any applicable haulage or restocking fees.
